1.       Is all work guaranteed ?

Yes. All our work is guaranteed against defects and quality of workmanship

2.       Do you install proper full depth foundations  ?

Yes. All foundations and footings are at least the recommended minimum depths. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and therefore we do not take any shortcuts with this.

3.  Do you do commercial works ?

Yes. We are more than happy to quote and undertake large commercial projects. We have experience in this type of work.

Driveways and Patios

The only way to ensure your new driveway or patio will be robust enough to last for years is with thorough preparation of the ground.  This is why we don't take any shortcuts on this.

We will thoroughly prepare the sub-base, remove vegetation and lay the correct depth of hardcore to ensure your new driveway will last for years. We also ensure that the site has the correct amount of compacted sand (not the exessive amount that some contractors use as a quick fix for poorly compacted land), the right drainage system where necessary and adequate kerb edges.

We can provide the following types of material for your driveway:

Tarmac

There are a number of tarmac colours and finishes so we can ensure your drive is in keeping with the surrounding area. The tarmac can be complemented by features such as contrasting brick borders which will add to the value and look of your property.

Concrete

The traditional bed of sand and cement is robust and with block edgings can look attractive too.

Block Paving

This is an increasingly popular material for driveways, paths and patios. Block paving looks much better than standard paving. The blocks are available in different sizes, colours and textures. Block paving will give many years of service with minimal maintenance. All our block paving jobs are guarnateed and we will give you advice on how to keep it in the best possible condition.
